Real Estate terms that you should know

Blog Post Template Suggestion:

List Post

Notes:
  • Lists posts are similar to roundup posts in that you are breaking up an entire blog post article into bite-sized snippets. List posts are one of the most common styles of article content on the web. You probably encounter these all the time - "Top ten ___fill in the blank___ of 2020, etc.
  • List posts are a great way to build an article without having to write out long form content about a topic. Just simply create an introduction, craft a list of items related to today's post idea, be sure to include a title and quick snippet on each list item, then end with a conclusion.
  • List post titles generally have the highest click through rates of any of the other Ready Agent Go blog post templates when shared in a feed.
  • Click the Create a Blog Post button to be taken to the blog post creation tool. Follow the steps and boom your done.

Bonus To-do's after you create your blog:
After you're finished creating your blog post make sure you promote it! Here are a few simple suggestions:
  • Create a social post using the featured image of your blog post and the title.
  • Right after posting your blog post be sure to send out an email blast using the featured image of your article and a quick excerpt from the introduction. Link to your blog post to drive traffic to this published article on your website. If you don't have a website, or place to publish your content, consider getting a Ready Agent Go website and have all this done for you.
  • Over the following 1-2 weeks create at least one social post for each list item in your post and share it across social media. When you share it make sure to link back to your article.

Today's Marketing Question

Question:

How do I write a great call to action?

Answer:

Your call to action should be very clear, and very simple. It should be somewhere towards the top of your email for those who won’t finish reading the whole email and then repeated again at the end for those who do read all the way through. It should spell out exactly what you want subscribers to do, such as, “Click here to download our report.”
