Today's Social Post

Social Post Idea:

Answer a FAQ

Theme:
BE THE EXPERT

Notes:

  • Today is the weakest day of the week to post on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn so don't feel discouraged if your post doesn't get as much engagement today as other days. However stay consistent and keep posting!
  • Reminder: Weekends are more flexible on time windows to post. However if you can get posts out early you have a better chance of them being seen throughout the day since engagement isn't concentrated during small windows.

When and where to post:
- Post on Facebook today between 9am-2pm - Post on LinkedIn today between 7am-9am - Post on Instagram today between 8am-2pm

Today's Blog Post Idea

Blog Post Idea:

A list of top politicians and influential people in your area

Topics:
Local Community

Blog Post Template Suggestion:

Roundup Post

Notes:
  • Roundup posts are extremely versatile and can be faster to create valuable content than other Ready Agent Go blog post templates. The concept of a roundup post is that you are adding value to your audience by curating content from other trusted sources and organizing them by a specific topic so your audience doesn't have to spend the time finding this content through the maze of online searches on their own.
  • Find other articles online that relate to today's topic. Click the Create a Blog Post button to be taken to the blog post creation tool. Follow the steps by adding in a title, your own excerpt/summary, and a link to each article. Are you Ready? Let's Go!

Bonus To-do's after you create your blog:
After you finished creating your blog post make sure you promote it! Here are a few simple suggestions:
  • Create a social post using the featured image of your post and the title.
  • Right after posting your blog post be sure to send out an email blast using the featured image of your article and a quick excerpt from the introduction. Link to your blog post to drive traffic to this published article on your website. If you don't have a website, or place to publish your content, consider getting a Ready Agent Go website and have all this done for you.
  • Over the following 1-2 weeks create at least one social post for each roundup item in your post and share it across social media. When you share it make sure to link back to your article.

Today's Marketing Question

Question:

What should my From line say?

Answer:

The most important thing to remember about your From email address is to make it recognizable. If subscribers see an unfamiliar name on the From line, they might just mark the email as spam. Your From line should either feature your company’s name, or an individual’s name, if you want to make it more personal – but it needs to be clear which company that individual is a part of, or subscribers will again be confused.

Today's Marketing Term

Term:

Word-of-Mouth (WOM)

Definition:

The passing of information from person to person. Technically, the term refers to oral communication, but today it refers to online communication, as well. WOM marketing is inexpensive, but it takes work and involves leveraging many components of inbound marketing like product marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
