Today's Social Post

Social Post Idea:

Share a quote or create a quote graphic

Theme:
QUOTE IMAGE

Notes:

  • Today is the weakest day of the week to post on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn so don't feel discouraged if your post doesn't get as much engagement today as other days. However stay consistent and keep posting!
  • Reminder: Weekends are more flexible on time windows to post. However if you can get posts out early you have a better chance of them being seen throughout the day since engagement isn't concentrated during small windows.

When and where to post:
- Post on Facebook today between 9am-2pm - Post on LinkedIn today between 7am-9am - Post on Instagram today between 8am-2pm

Today's Blog Post Idea

Blog Post Idea:

Investor frequently asked questions

Blog Post Template Suggestion:

List Post

Notes:
  • Lists posts are similar to roundup posts in that you are breaking up an entire blog post article into bite-sized snippets. List posts are one of the most common styles of article content on the web. You probably encounter these all the time - "Top ten ___fill in the blank___ of 2020, etc.
  • List posts are a great way to build an article without having to write out long form content about a topic. Just simply create an introduction, craft a list of items related to today's post idea, be sure to include a title and quick snippet on each list item, then end with a conclusion.
  • List post titles generally have the highest click through rates of any of the other Ready Agent Go blog post templates when shared in a feed.
  • Click the Create a Blog Post button to be taken to the blog post creation tool. Follow the steps and boom your done.
    Are you Ready? Let's Go!

Bonus To-do's after you create your blog:
After you're finished creating your blog post make sure you promote it! Here are a few simple suggestions:
  • Create a social post using the featured image of your blog post and the title.
  • Right after posting your blog post be sure to send out an email blast using the featured image of your article and a quick excerpt from the introduction. Link to your blog post to drive traffic to this published article on your website. If you don't have a website, or place to publish your content, consider getting a Ready Agent Go website and have all this done for you.
  • Over the following 1-2 weeks create at least one social post for each list item in your post and share it across social media. When you share it make sure to link back to your article.

Today's Email Content

Email Idea:

Weekly Roundup Email

Example
Email Template
Email Template Suggestion:

Roundup Email

Notes:
  • Roundup emails are extremely versatile and are a great way to curate content that is valuable to your audience and leverage email as a channel to get that content in front of your contacts.
  • The more content you create the more options you have to spread it throughout all your branded marketing channels. Today is an example of that. Take all the blog posts that you created last week and craft an email roundup blast. In the same way you create roundup blog posts where you grab a title, an excerpt and a link to an article, you will create today's email the same way. However since you were the author of the curated content you get to link your own content not someone else's! Nice work.

Today's Marketing Question

Question:

Is social media marketing better for B2C or B2B businesses?

Answer:

It’s important for both, but in different ways. While B2C businesses can focus on more light-hearted, fun social media posts, B2B businesses need to use social media to share valuable industry content. As a tool for connecting a business with its customers, however, social media is vital to both.
