Bonus To-do's after you create your blog:
After you're finished creating your blog post make sure you promote it! Here are a few simple suggestions:
  • Create a social post using the featured image of your blog post and the title.
  • Right after posting your blog post be sure to send out an email blast using the featured image of your article and a quick excerpt from the introduction. Link to your blog post to drive traffic to this published article on your website. Email Template Suggestion:

Report Email

Notes:
  • Report emails are very transaction based and perfect to weed out the active shoppers from non-active ones in your database. To create one grab stats like homes for sale, average sales price, etc., from your local MLS or real estate aggregator (or if you have a CRM that automates this for you even better!), and copy into an email blast to update
  • HINT: Use the stock photo library to find relevant images for the season, or trends of the month and save those images to use in your email template. If you don't have an email marketing platform yet - reach out to us through support or chat below we would love to help you set one up!
  • If you have shared any local sales or home data in the past couple weeks make sure to include that in this blast. CRMs are a great way to automate this kind of email blast. If you don't currently have a CRM reach out to us through support or chat below we would love to help you set one up!
